Who runs this site
Top Hospice Care is an independent website based in Los Angeles, California. It is not owned by, or affiliated with, any hospice provider. We built this site because families deserve clear, honest information about hospice, especially in an area where hospice fraud has made it harder to know whom to trust.
How we make money
The directory and guide are free for families. Hospices can pay a flat annual fee for enhanced profiles and featured placement, and sponsored articles are available. Paid placements are always labeled. We never charge hospices per lead or per patient, and payment never buys a Verified badge. Read our advertising disclosure.
How we write the guide
Our guides are based on official and expert sources such as Medicare.gov and CMS, which we cite on each page. We review and update guides when rules change. See our editorial policy.
