- Get verified. We check your state license and Medicare certification, usually within two business days.

Do you sell leads or charge per referral? No. We charge a flat annual fee only. We never charge per lead, call, admission or patient, and we never share family contact information with hospices.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Plans renew yearly, and you can cancel online at any time. We email you before each renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
My hospice is not listed. Can I add it? Profiles come from CMS data on Medicare-certified hospices. If you are certified and missing, contact us with your CCN and we will add you after verification.
Can families leave reviews? Not at this time. We show official Medicare data instead, so profiles stay fair and accurate.
